TERRAPEUTA

Meet Andrea
Born and raised in Brazil, I carry my roots with me wherever life takes me. My journey brought me to the United States in 1999, first to New Jersey, then to Florida in 2011—a new chapter in the place I would come to call home.
In 1994, I was blessed with the opportunity to found a nonprofit organization in Brazil devoted to bringing nurturing care and human connection to those who needed it. Our work focused mainly on babies and children experiencing homelessness, living in orphanages, or carrying the weight of trauma. We also reached older adults in retirement homes. Through simple gestures—a hand held, a comforting hug, a baby gently cradled—we sought to offer moments of warmth, reassurance, and belonging.
That chapter remains close to my heart and reflects a belief I carry into my work today: that care begins with presence, kindness, and connection.
Today, home is Palm Coast, my little piece of paradise, shared with my beloved pets. I’m a mother to a daughter and a son, and when I look back at the places and moments that brought me here, it’s the people I love—and the everyday joys of the life I’ve built—that mean the most.
I approach my work with intuition, compassion, and a desire to serve. For more than 30 years, I have explored human behavior, emotional well-being, and holistic approaches to wellness. That curiosity continues to shape the way I work.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I bring together my experience and diverse training to create a session shaped around your body, your preferences, and what you need that day.
My background includes an MBA in Integrative Therapies, Ayurveda practice, and Master Practitioner training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I am also trained in Calatonia and certified as a Baby & Infant Massage Instructor, supporting parents in connecting with their little ones.
Before we begin, we talk about your goals, preferences, and boundaries. Throughout your session, there is room to adjust, to ask, and to simply rest.
Whether you are seeking therapeutic care to help relieve pain and tension, support greater ease of movement, or simply make time to rest, you are welcomed as a whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
